How can I modify an order?

How should I proceed if I want to cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email at info@lemilorde.com with "Order Cancellation #(order number)" in the subject line of your message.
Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order, as shipments are processed quickly.
What is the status of my order?
To track the status of your order, please use the tracking number you received via email. This number will allow you to follow the delivery in real-time.
How to proceed if I forgot to apply a promo code?
If you forgot to apply a promo code during your order, please contact us quickly at info@lemilorde.com. We will try to apply it to your order if it has not yet been processed.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times generally range from 1 to 3 business days under normal conditions, and may extend from 3 to 5 business days during launches or promotions. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that the tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to be updated.
As for delivery, the times may vary depending on the carrier and the option selected during checkout. For orders shipped within Canada, delivery may take 5 to 14 business days, depending on your location.
How do you proceed if the shipping address is incorrect?
If your shipping address is incorrect and your package has been returned to us, we will contact you to make the necessary corrections to your address and arrange payment for the shipping fees for a second shipment.
How do you proceed if my order is incorrect, incomplete, or contains a defective product?
If you encounter an issue upon receiving your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@lemilorde.com, with "Order Error #(order number)" in the subject line of your message.
To facilitate the processing of your request, please provide your contact details along with photos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

What is the return policy for online purchases?
All sales made on our website are final. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after the purchase is confirmed.
Exchanges in case of defect
We place great importance on the quality of our products, but unfortunately, an error may occur. If you receive a defective item, we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. In this case, you have the option to exchange the item directly in-store. To facilitate the exchange of an item purchased online, please contact us by email at info@lemilorde.com.
In your message, please provide your name, order number, and the defective item you wish to exchange. We will assess your request and guide you through the exchange process.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards. However, please note that gift cards purchased online are only valid for online purchases and cannot be used in the salon for services or products.
Is it possible to pick up my order at the salon instead of having it delivered?
Yes, you can select the pickup option when placing your order. Simply choose "In-salon Pickup" as your delivery method during checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready.
